WARRANTY FORM

Warranty hours are from 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday-Friday.

Property owner must be available during the scheduled appointment time.

Key access is also available from the owner to builder provided that the owner signs the key release form at the time of the initial inspection.

NOTE: Any service call requested that is not covered by your homeowner’s warranty will be billed at $75 per call. Future warranty requests will not be considered if this fee is not paid at the time of the service call.
